Shipping Policy

We ship both locally within Nigeria and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your package has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Lagos: 1–3 business days
Other Nigerian States: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier service. WristcandyNG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics or external circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges or provide store credit for eligible items.

Eligibility:

Exchange requests must be made within:
- 2 days of delivery (Lagos)
- 5 days of delivery (Other Nigerian States)
- 14 days of delivery (International orders)
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Exclusions:
We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, or customized pieces. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
