Refund policy

At WristcandyNG, we maintain a non-refundable policy. However, we offer alternatives in the form of store credit or exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and request the new one. Please note that, due to the delicate nature of our products, we will need to receive and inspect the returned item before sending out a replacement. You will also be responsible for paying for shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Time Frame:

Lagos Customers: Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Other States in Nigeria: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. International Orders: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all return or exchange requests must be initiated within these timeframes.
